Unfortunately, sometimes shipping courier companies can experience a delay in shipping the item specially if the item is shipped from our international warehouse. If you see no movement in shipping for more than 15 days please contact us.

Our 30 days warranty will cover all of the internal issues with our device, damaged device received from the delivery date. If the product is broken because of misuse it cannot be eligible for the replacement

Yes and No. We can always look up your account in our system if you provide us full name on the order placed with our store. You can always find your order number from the email confirmation from support@specialtoothcleaner.com

A fully charged battery will last up to 7 days during normal use. To make sure that the battery runs at full capacity, you need the battery completely charged for 90 minutes. If possible, avoid charging in between.
